Editorial Questions & Corrections

Found outdated information? Have a question about a card comparison or rewards program? We want to know.

Credit card terms change frequently and we work to keep content current, but errors happen. If you spot something inaccurate — a fee that changed, a benefit that was removed, a bonus offer that expired — please let us know and we’ll investigate and update promptly.

What We Cannot Help With

  • Personalized financial advice: CardVieu provides general information about credit cards. We cannot advise you on which card to apply for based on your individual financial situation, credit history, or spending habits. For personalized advice, please consult a licensed financial advisor.
  • Card application status: Questions about your credit card application, account, or billing must be directed to the card issuer.
  • Credit disputes: For disputes with your credit score or credit report, contact the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov.
